Webflow
We used Webflow to develop this website. Webflow is a product provided by Webflow, Inc., 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94103.
Webflow operates as a Software as a Service (SaaS) application that lets designers create responsive websites using browser-based visual editing software. Webflow automatically generates HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Website code can also be exported and hosted on an external server independently of Webflow's hosting infrastructure.
When Webflow is used, personal data concerning website users may be transferred to and processed in the United States. On 10 July 2023, the European Commission adopted an adequacy decision under Article 45(1) GDPR for the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Under that decision, personal data may be transferred to certified companies and organizations in the United States without an additional transfer mechanism, provided the company is certified under the framework. Webflow is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
To ensure personal data is processed in accordance with data-protection rules, we have entered into a data processing agreement with Webflow pursuant to Article 28 GDPR together with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
The legal basis for processing personal data in connection with Webflow is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Forms
When you use forms on our website, your personal data is handled securely through the Webflow platform. The information is used only to respond to your enquiry. Lumeno and Webflow are committed to protecting your data under our data processing agreement and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, helping ensure that your rights and freedoms are protected.
To protect your data in accordance with GDPR, we have entered into a data processing agreement with Webflow.
Retention period
We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or for as long as applicable law requires us to retain it.
Enquiries submitted through forms or email are retained for as long as necessary to respond and follow up any subsequent conversation.
Your rights
You have the right to access the personal data we process about you. Where applicable, you may also request rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
