A Collection Template is the page template Webflow uses for all items in a particular CMS Collection. The template determines how content is presented, while each CMS item provides its own text, images and relationships. One structure can therefore become many unique website pages.
What does a Collection Template involve in practice?
Headings, body copy, metadata, navigation and related content are connected to CMS fields through dynamic bindings. A term template can show the definition, links to other terms and the subcategory the term belongs to. The template should work for both short and long titles and for fields that are empty.
